Volunteer in Public Schools (VIPs)

We welcome the help and support from all of our parents and guardians. To help volunteer, please complete the VIPS process. Once approved, please call the school to provide your name and phone number to add to the list of parent volunteers.

Parents may help volunteer by:

• Chaperoning field trips
• Help monitor the hallways
• Help monitor during lunch time
• Help in other areas of the school for example the library

If you're interested in helping out at SIS, you'll need to first sign up through the VIPS system in HISD.
